E8 Fish work closely with Nigel Birch from Quality Streat the curater of food offering at many festivals. 

Our retro van ‘Fish Shack’ and our onsite kitchen allows us to serve in excess of 1500 customers per day. A new addition to the E8 Fish family for 2022 is our bespoke van with range fryer.
