All of our mackerel is all line caught from the UK’s Cornish coast.
These fish are super high in omega 3!
Mackerel is a very versatile fish, you can grill it for a salad or even eat it raw for sushi. The up most care is taken for our mackerel fillets to be completely bone free, however some of the fine bones may still remain!
High in protein, omega 3 and vitamin B
