Our squid is landed on the Cornish Coast, this is said to be the best squid in the UK hands down! Squid is a good source of vitamin B12 and B6 which the body needs for neural health and blood health and vitamin B6 for heart protection from strokes.

. Can be cut into rings for calamari or even scored to make pineapple squid

. Super soft when cooked correctly!

.Beware not to over cook, squid only takes a few minutes to cook
